hmm.
long time nvr blog.
all about going to school, training. and i worked on sunday.
cabbed home= half of my pay =GONE
haha.
well .
today's training. starting of training damm shagg.
dun know why
it's just like that everytime it comes to thursday training.
hahaha.
than did 4 k than after that went to 500 mark.
than did 250 sprint set. did like 6-8 times.
and ass. coach said that 1st to reach no pumping the
the following have to do 10 -60.
WTH. everyone was chionging all the way.
felt so tired after all the sets was donebut i'm satisfied.
at least i tried my best.
but mayb i nvr push myself enough
