hm. training yest.
was not tired at all lahs.
went on RP k1 boat and was not really well balanced.
couldn't use CGS boat cause there was no time and that the CGS people are also training.
i capsize twice. =(
couldn't even try to paddle faster or put in any hard strokes.
i felt so unstable. so worst.
when i try harder strokes the freaking boat will rock.
did i think about 2 or 3 k only.cause i capsizeed twice.
than after that did pull ups.
and than showered and waited for bus.
while waiting we took photos. and dont know who suggested that the guys too have to take.
and in the end. we took pics of the guys only. and we girls cant take any
didn't know that CANOE BOYS are so zi lian. the most amazing one was that BOB was one of them.
hahaha. their pose for the pics are so so funnny.
haha.
couldn't stop laughing. hees.
