hmm.
having class now. but super bored. =( sians.
had training yest.
did 6k run. after the run was super tired.
though i think we nvr run it was more of jogging for the faster runners.
but we still completed. hees =)
then after that was pull ups and abs and swimming of 10 laps.
did do the rest cause when i want to start pull up my leg cramp.
it was super pain lahs. when i wanted to stretch for the bar then suddenly had a sharp pain in my left leg.
WTH lahs. it was super pain that i cried. =(
then joanne help me put ice on it then it was better after that.
then looked at them do abs and swimming.
swimming looks so fun. BUT i cant go down.
so sad. just hope that next week's training will be the same. heees. =)
well. while waiting for them finish swimming did my RJ.
then showered and off to causeway for our QIU LIAN BAN MIAN.
hahah. our usual. then started to disturb kenneth.
hahaha. was super funny lohs. ahahha. well
then took bus back. reached home pack my stuffs and headed to bed.
